This was my son's first haircut. We did not receive any of the first haircut package - no lock of hair, no picture, nothing. When I asked the receptionist, she told me the hairstylist was training amd must've not known. She apologized and told me she would not charge us, two times. Then at the time of check out, my husband took care of the bill, where she told him she'd discount it $5. When I went back inside, she argued with me, told me she said something completely different than what she said and then answered the phone vs helping me. I'm extremely bummed. This was my son's first haircut and I left with nothing to show for it. My first born has the whole package - lock of hair and picture but my second son, has nothing. This was an awful experience and I'm really sad about it.

The clothing of the employees seems unprofessional. Have you considered a matching polo shirt with logo and jeans or khakis? The ladies wearing very casual, unkept clothing doesn't add anything to the environment. It's awkward when the stylist that served your child asks if you'll add gratuity, again, no discretion involved there. In some ways, I'm disappointed that I bought the punch card because I'd like to see my investment through but I'm not satisfied with the cuts. I've had to go back each time and get it fixed. This is a lot of effort. I'm equally concerned about the lack of unprofessionalism of these gals.

We were rushed through our visit, and basically ignored by both staff members. Why would you work here if you're not good with or interested in children? Total rip-off, I've never felt so cheated in my life. Horrible experience. The facilities are nice though, with a playground and book nook for kids to play, and fun cars to get haircuts in, equipped with videos for distraction if they're nervous. My cell phone takes better pictures than their cheap camera, though, and the print-out certificate was ugly and distorted, obviously printed using a cheap machine. If you're going to charge this much for first haircuts, you need to make it a more memorable, engaging, personalized, and fun experience. I would never come back here.
