I had an appointment at 4:15. When I got there and checked in, I asked how long it would be. The receptionist told me 20 minutes. Why should I have to wait 20 minutes? That’s why I made an appointment. So, I said, ok. I told her I was going to run and get my kids from school really quick and will be back. I was gone 20 minutes. When I got back, the same receptionists told me I was checked in. I then again asked how long it would be. She told 15-20 minutes. Are you kidding me? I had an appointment at 4:15 and had to wait again for a total of 40-45 minutes. Not to mention, the first time I came, I brought my son for his hair cut and also my 5 month old. The second time I came back, I had 2 other children with me and had to be somewhere to pick up my other son. I was extremely disappointed and so irritated. No one should have to wait if they have an appointment or they need to make bigger block times. Other than this bad experience, I loved our hairstylist and she did a great job on my son’s hair.
