My stylist was super nice but I hate my hair, it looks horrible and nothing like what I asked her to do. I am so disappointed that I booked an appointment her instead of going with my regular stylist just because I moved. My hair is ruined and looks like absolute trash. Even the way she cut it looks like my 8 year old niece took the scissors to her barbie doll’s hair and hacked it. Every morning when I wake up and look in the mirror I feel like killing myself because I am so embarassed at the way I look. Thankfully I am off tomorrow and I can go get some product and fix this fuck up that she did. I will never go to this salon again. My blonde, supposedly silver toned hair looked like Ronald Macdonal and Walt Disney got together and decided to come up with some assinine shade of gold when I asked for dark undershadow roots with pale sileverish blonde highlights. Thank you for making me look like a complete clown! You ruined my hair and I want to die.

Did NOT get the cut I asked for, even though I brought a photograph with me and was very specific about what I did and didn't want. Will never go back there.

I recieved a balayage and my hair was very brassy and there was a lot of unevenness. I went back two days later to tone my hair yo get rid of the brassiness. I was blonde at the time and after receiving the toner, my hair was gray. I was no longer the blonde that I wanted. I am very unhappy with the results.

I went in and asked for Ombre hair and a hair cut. I have really curly hair and the stylist blow dried my hair and then cut it... And then instead of ombre I have little highlights all over... Literally NOT at all what I asked for and I even showed pictures of what style I wanted and colors.... Very disappointed and so disguested I dont even want to go in to get it fixed...

I had a brow appointment that is scheduled for 15 minutes. However, I waited for more than 10 minutes. The women doing my brows did not acknowledge that she was late and the room was not ready when I went in. I've been a few times before and had better experiences so was surprised by this.

The stylist who did my lip waxing left bruises on my upper lip as well as two open sores. She did a good job on my hair though.
