Overall, I am very happy with the services I have received at this salon. My stylist, Melissa is wonderful, and she takes very good care of me. Sometimes the ladies at the front desk are a bit short with me, but I understand they are busy.

Asked Cindy to get my color from my last stylist and she said she did, but my hair is definitely not the correct color. It is much too dark. I believe I should be reimbursed for this color.
