This was the first time my 2 boys have ever been to a hair salon. They were looking forward to getting their hair cut. I told both of the women working this was their first time, so they knew it was new to them. The lady at the front desk was very kind to both my boys, however, the girl who cut my son's hair had no patients and was very rude. I think her name was Jenn. My son suddenly started to cry during his hair cut so we tried to talk to him. The girl would not stop cutting his hair and was very rude to him. I had to grab him out of his seat in order for me to talk to him because she won't stop cutting his hair. While we are talking to him the girl was saying rude things to him. After we talked him into getting back in his seat this lady was still rude to him. So after that whole experience my second son was next he had hairspray in his hair and she kept combing it while he's saying it hurts it hurts. I had to step in and ask her to put water in his hair. She didn't listen to how we wanted their hair cut! It was so unprofessional how my kids were treated I was going to walk out and I should have done just that!

Very disappointed this time with his haircut. It wasn’t until we left I realized how uneven it is all over. It will most likely need to be fixed.

The place is cute and they were patient when my son didn’t want to get his haircut at first. But I got him home, and he has uneven sections and chunks.

The stylist didn’t even greet us. She was not very friendly especially for working on a kids environment. It took her 3 minutes to cut my daughters hair. I don’t think she spoke The entire time she was cutting her hair.

I’m sad to say that we won’t be returning here. The past two haircuts my kids have gotten have been really bad. Their bangs are really short and the top is long and uncut. I have had two friends bring their kids there in the past week and both had the same bad haircuts. The hairdresser seems inexperienced. It’s a shame because my kid DD love the chairs and play area. I hope they can hire some more qualified stylists.

When we walked into the shop we were asked for my son’s information. So we gave his name, date of birth, our address & phone number. But then throughout his haircut the girl kept calling him “buddy.” We were the only customers in the shop at the time. Is it really that difficult to remember a name that we JUST gave & use it? Otherwise, the haircut took longer than other places we’ve been to & wasn’t that great. The one advantage of going to cookie cutters was that we didn’t need an appointment.
