The treatment and experience of our cuts here have been awful and today’s experience has made us decide jot to come back. We have tried both Patty and Bibi. Patty is very rude to our children and aggressive with the haircut to the point that my husband had to call his attention. We’ve tried Bibi before and unfortunately her cuts are uneven and she doesn’t pay much attention to the haircut. She also tends to get impatient. They also both seem to have to type of tension between both of them and it makes you feel very uncomfortable. We unfortunately can’t recommednt this shop and we won’t come back

I have no knowledge of this appointment. I did not schedule it nor did anyone else in my household. My son was not present at cookie cutters today or anytime in the past several months.

In the past we’re had a wonderful experience with Cookie Cutters. However tonight was awful. I’m a mom of 3 and we were 10 minutes late for my boys appts (last of the night) on a rainy night because a child had to go to the bathroom as we were leaving the house. When we arrived the single stylish was finishing with another custom yet informed me that I had to pick which child was getting a hair cut. She would not be cutting both because we were late though she was clearly not ready for us finishing with another Kim of 2 lids. My second child is 20 months and needed 3 scissors swipes in the front and a clip over the ears. I have often waited patiently when stylists are running late for our spots because I understand. You are in the business of children’s hair cuts- grace and flexibility would be appreciated.

I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment & I was expecting a welcoming but instead Patty looked annoyed that I walked in & said "next time call ahead that you'll be arriving late". A "hello" wouldn't hurt to say from the start of the conversation. As she was cutting my toddler's hair, she said "hurry up & hold still, I wanna go home already" "look over there, no over here" etc. She definitely had no patience. Finally, as I finished paying, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Instead of saying no, I said "next time" & she giggle & said "well you said that last time so". I was in total shock from the beginning to end. Never returning again nor am I going to refer good comments about the place to others. I only came here because our regular hair stylist got sick & I thought giving this place a 2nd chance would've been at least a bit better than the first visit, but it was worse.

Cookie Cutters provides an absolute basic cut. Each time I've took my kids the stylist (I tried 3 different people) has provided a very basic cut, and each stylist made noticeable mistakes. Tge last time the stylist made two bald spots and a gash in my child's eyebrow and he sits very still! The location in Fulton, MD is shockingly dirty each time with a abnormal and disgusting amount of hair in tge front red seats, etc. Once I finish up tge haircut package I purchased I will not return. I expected so much better.

The WORST experience I had.. “BIBI”she didn’t greet us ,she is rude with us nd kid and she don’t have any patience ,she is the worst hair cutter in my life.if she don’t want work just resign..I never gonna come to this location…and I don’t recommend “BIBI”
