Bibi gave me the best haircut I've had in many years. She was so knowledgeable and professional. She gave some great tips caring for my hair and styling it at home. Love my experience and will go back to see her.

Bibi is awsome! The other person that works at this location is rude. She appears to not want to engage with black ppl. I felt very uncomfortable to be dismissed and than stared at while my white daughter was being serviced. I am not sure if this is acceptable behavior that the owner encourages. I will be seeking help from the NAACP if this happens at my daughters next visit. Like I stated Bibi is awesome and if it wasnt for her we would never come back. This is the second time this has happened to us.

Haircut was crooked, she put in a bow so we didn’t notice it until home. Received attitude when asked to fix it and she blamed our kid
