Haircut was crooked, she put in a bow so we didn’t notice it until home. Received attitude when asked to fix it and she blamed our kid

Bibi was wonderful! My daughter is very tender headed and has beautiful curls that tangle easily. Bibi was calm and pleasant the whole time even when my daughter was fussing and having to be held still. She gave me great advice on how to keep her hair from getting too dry and tangled. Very happy with the experience!

We always go to Cookie Cutters in Fulton, MD. Ms Bibi really treats my kids well. She goes out of the way to help my kids. However, there is a lady called Ms Patty who is so rude anytime I have any questions. I even think that she only does bare minimum of her work and just leaves after that. We were there today with both of my kids. Only one had an appointment with Ms Bibi because the little ones hair was not long. When we went there, the little one insisted that he get a haircut too. So I politely asked Ms Patty if she has room. Before I even finished saying, she shouted saying she doesn’t and that she has a customer coming. Her customer came like ten minutes late and that was the only customer she had the entire time. Ms Bibi in the other hand had four customers during that time and she managed to accommodate my little one in the end. It shows that Ms Patty has very low work ethic, is rude, doesn’t care about the company or the customers!!

I made appointments for my two kids online. I was little late due to traffic, Bibi was welcoming and understanding of late arrival. She is a good listener and handled my autistic 4 years old child professionally without any meltdown. She did a great job with his haircut. In addition, she did a great job on my 14 months old too. We left happy as my chidren didn’t scream while having their haircuts. I would recommend Bibi for your kids haircut.
