The salon was freezing. Patricia is never on time & no prior text on alert regarding the delay is a problem. Notification would be greatly appreciated. No time for full service so I was told how much better a dry cut is. That is not what I booked. And I think I paid 160 so full service? Just a dry cut period. I rushed but didn't need to do that. So excellent cut not an excellent style because that was skipped. Disappointing especially for the top tier price. Service should be top tier.It was not.
