Cuts are inconsistent. Today my sons hair looks like a bowl cut in the front. Terrible. We had an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes to get seated for our cut.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Cookie Cutters. When I booked the appointment, I was not told that if I arrived more than 5 mins late, the appointment would be pushed back. I was 8 minute late (because I was driving around the shopping complex looking for it). We then had to wait another 20 mins, by which time my toddler was getting cranky. I asked the stylist to keep the hair long on top and short underneath. She did not do this cut at all. The haircut is not what I wanted. I also felt that she was very impatient at times. She did not help me to turn on the tv or pick a show to watch. I had to keep asking her how to do it as I was trying to scroll around the menu and keep an eye on my son. All in all, it was a stressful, disappointing experience.

Both of my children received poor quality haircuts from this business and I will not return. Nor will I recommend or refer others to this place of business. While I was waiting for the hairdresser to return to fix my youngest son's haircut, she rushed us to checkout and leave. In addition, she told us we should have came during the week since he was so young (2). My kids left with terrible haircuts while other children left with better looking cuts. Elsa and Francesca gave both my children cuts. My children would have had a better haircut if we went to the local Sports Clips/Super Cuts or if my husband had done them. Overpriced for poor service. Will not even return here to correct the damage already done.

During our visit , we mention to the hairstylist how we wanted my sons hair to be cut . Not only did we get the wrong haircut , the stylist had a hard time understanding what we wanted . She did her own thing . All I wanted was the same haircut as before ; I’ve never had an issue until today. Irene , did not meet our expectations.

Today wasn’t like other visits . This time the person who cut my kids hair was rude . This was the first and last time she will cut my sons hair .
