This was an absolutely awful experience. We've been taking my son to this location for more than 4 years and never had a bad experience until now. Our appointment today was with "Brigette." From the start, we had to ask her to be gentle because she was rough being with the shears and it scared our son. He's almost 6 and has several haircuts before. He's always enjoyed it and never cried or was scared. Even after he started to cry during today'shaircut, Brigette didn't stop to comfort him and she continued to be VERY agressive with the scissors and comb. He continously cried out "that hurts" the entire time. Both my husband and I asked her several times to be gentle but she just continued being agressive and never acknowledged his discomfort. She stopped at one point and asked my to hold his head, I told her I wouldn't do that, exaplaining that he was just scared and I asked her again to be gentle. I explained that my son has sensory issues and can become overstimulated before asking for a moment to talk to my son to attempt to calm him down. As I was talking to him, she kept loudly snapping the scissors at the air over and over again until I asked her to stop. This experience was surreal and I'm in shock that this woman works at a children's salon, or with people at all for that matter. We'll never return to this salon. The quality of the haircuts varies, but that never bothered us because the stylists were nice and good with our son, until this awful experience today. My son used to enjoy getting his haircut and after today, he says he never wants his haircut again. I'm angry and sad that he had this experience.

Very disappointed and will never be returning. The play structure was broken, we were treated like it was a chop-shop. My kid cried during the visit and the hair stylist just kept going- another kid was crying too. Horrible environment and we will never be back.

We had an appointment at 3pm, got there a few minutes early. There were a bunch of people waiting and only one person working. More people came in waiting. We weren’t really greeted or told there was an issue, but clearly there’s an issue when there are a ton of people waiting, one person working, and zero communication. When the worker finally came up to ring someone up I asked if there was anyone else working. She said yes she’ll be here soon. Waited more. After the person got rung up the one worker checked us and another person in. Didn’t communicate what was going on, how long it would take, didn’t apologize or anything. Just went to cut someone else’s hair. It was past the appointment time and we just left without a cut. The second worker who was supposed to be there soon didn’t come in within that time. A customer told us they were told there’s only two people working at the place right now in general. If this is true please update the online booking so you don’t get overbooked.

The hairstylist, I believe her name was Dana, was very sweet and attentive but my bad review is based on the overall bad experience and awful customer service provided by the other employees. When we checked in, Dana took another kid who came just before us. I thought that the employee who checked us in would take my kid. She started cleaning one of the chairs. I thought that she was preparing it for my kid. But no, she cleaned everything, then went to the register to check something and then went to the back of the salon. She didn’t say anything to me, just walked away. She could have at least started a movie for my kid while waiting. I had to put a movie for my kid while the employee was just periodically glimpsing behind the wall while sitting and chatting with someone else. There were clearly two other employees in the salon and there were no other kids besides us waiting. So we had to wait for Dana to finish the haircut of the other kid and then take us. When other people showed up, the two employees in the back finally came up and one of them took another customer. We had to wait over an hour in a empty hair salon with two extra employees who were just chilling Extremely rude and unwelcoming attitude, I will not come back!
