I came in at 1:04pm and a little bit after 3pm they realized they could not do my daughters hair. Everyone was friendly but it doesn’t change the time spent for someone to realize they couldn’t do her hair.

Paxton picked his "chair" which was a car with flames. As the girl was cutting his hair she left his side to retreive her water bottle. As this was paxtons first hair cut I was in the process of taking pictures. Before I knew it, Paxton sort of scooted back and as the car back and sides are low he toppled out backwards falling to the floor and landing on his head!!!! There was a padded mat in half circle around the back of the chair pedestal for the hairdresser to stand on and may have saved him. Otherwise he would have landed on a concrete floor on his head from a distance of about 3 feet off the floor. (she had raised his chair even higher than it was to reach him for the cut), It happened so quickly I was unable to react to catch him or break his fall. After spending some time tending to him and trying to make sure he wasn't paralyzed and assess his possible injuries I then realized the chair does have a belt (that fits across lap) and he was never strapped in!! He most definitely should have been! This is a huge danger to children and I should have been made aware he could just topple out of that car! The girls didn't seem that worried about it and made a light comment thank god that the mat was there. This was extremely scary for Paxton who is only 3 and for me as well. I asked if that had ever happened before and was told no, he was the first, which I honestly find hard to believe. I feel this is a big safety and liability issue. Luckily Paxton seems ok and hopefully is ok and suffers no long term injury from it. I thought the owners should be made aware of this.
