This was my son's 1st time @ Cookie Cutters...he actually had a great experience! He was soo calm during his haircut b/c he was watching PJ Masks on the TV and got to sit in the red airplane seat during his cut. Usually my son doesnt like anyone cutting his hair but his daddy, but Samantha was patient and friendly enough that he felt at ease with her. The hair wash station was neat b/c it was a firetruck with a comfy mat on the top and instead of sitting in a chair, my son was laying down on the mat comfortably while he got his hair shampooed. The owner Brad was also at the store and was very friendly and approachable. They also have a playarea where kids could play in while they wait. My son got to pick out a lolypop after his haircut. Overall, we were both pleased with the haircut!
