The first cut we got, by Shandi, was lopsided and choppy. She missed steps and didn’t ask enough clarification for what I wanted. She also failed to do the checks afterwards or let me check it before she started braiding. We ended up having to go back and it took Chantel and full 40 minutes to fix it. Chantel was great and super helpful. I would suggest that Shandi get more training as I’ve learned that she cut my friends kids hair also, and it turned into a 3in lopsided mullet instead of a bob.

Our hairstylist was amazing! My son threw a fit and she just kept cutting. I'm amazed and grateful. It could not have been easy but she did amazing.
