Stylist had no clue what she was doing. Butchered this hair. Went way to short. Didnt section out bangs. Didnt use a guide. . Simple bob cut, but totally butchered the hair. So so so sad about it.

Our appointment felt very rushed. The person spent about 2-3 minutes TOPS cutting our son's hair, and her scissor work felt fast and sloppy. She kept saying she was done and asking if it was okay, and we had to point out obvious spots that she missed where there were long chunks of hair still uncut. Then, after we got home, we found several strands of long hair that were also uncut and had to cut them all ourselves! To top it off, they charged us $16! We'll be taking him to a professional barber next tie instead of Cookie Cutters.

i took my 1 year old for his first haircut. the overall cut was okay, but the girl walked away with him still sitting in the chair and didnt even bother to take the cape off of him or attempt to get any of thre hair off. she walked to the register and was starting to work on another customer.
