The Shellac manicure I received was just plain awful. The nail technician just filed my nails and pushed the cuticles. The color application had areas that had too much color and some that had little. Also she missed the sides of the nail as well. I asked her to redo a few of the bad nails and she couldn't get it right. Overall a sloppy job. The cost was also overly expensive too. I have had no chip/shellac manicures in the past but this was the absolute worst. She needs to relearn the technique in applying no chip/shellac manicures. I had to go to another salon later that day to remove the color. The other salon then gave a proper and neat no chip/shellac manicure. I would not recommend this place. Also the average age of the technicians and clients is around 60 -70.

I enjoy the salon. Gina is outstanding. Yaffa is very sweet and does an excellent job. Everyone is so friendly and attentive.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Review for OnStage Salon This was my first time visiting OnStage Salon & Spa, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I want to start with the positive: Tania was absolutely fantastic. She was very professional, attentive, and highly skilled, and she truly exceeded all of my expectations. Based on my experience with her alone, I would give Tania a full 5 stars without hesitation. Unfortunately, my experience with the salon overall was disappointing. I paid $175 for the service, which was a surprise. I have been going to highly rated salons for the past 10–20 years, and even then, I typically paid no more than $100 for comparable services. I chose OnStage Salon & Spa mainly because of its convenient location near my home and office, hoping it would become a great long-term fit. Additionally, the salon’s advertises a 25% discount for first-time customers during online booking, but this discount was not applied, nor was it mentioned at checkout. That was frustrating and left a negative impression. Summary: Tania: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (excellent, highly recommended) Salon experience/pricing/transparency: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the talent is there — but the pricing transparency and advertised promotions need improvement.

Very disappointed. The hair washing staff member was unprofessional. Very rough treatment. Crude. Loud. Front desk staff appeared confused and lost. Temperature checking device shoved into my face without warning or explanation. If not for the skill and talent of my hair stylist, I would not return.
