Terrible experience. Staff was unwelcoming to begin with. No greeting and there’s no music or ambience at all. Just a dead silent room. My daughter’s hair cut was 10 minutes long of cutting dry hair and $28, which is a joke. Will not be going back.

I explained I wanted Ava’s hair cut into a bob right above her shoulder her hair is literally at the top of her cheek bones!!! It looks awful way too short she looks like a boy!! I am so upset with her hair . She obviously doesn’t understand how to cut hair

My son went in for a haircut on Wednesday, August 13. The salon was running 30 minutes behind which I was very patient with given back to school rush. He had a haircut with Tiffany, and I thought everything looked great until I got home and realized she shaved off part of his right eyebrow! She never said anything about her HUGE mistake! My poor son was as asked by his teacher what happened because she was concerned. I will never be going back to cookie cutters again, so awful!

The person cutting my son's hair asked our nanny who was with him if he was Indian. Our nanny said yes, his parents are of Indian origin. The person proceeded to tell our nanny how Indians are cheap and never tip her well, in front of my young son. My nanny was extremely uncomfortable and this woman would not stop saying negative things about Indian people. I am disgusted that someone would do this, especially in front of a young Indian boy. We will never come back to this shop.
