Stood around for 15 minutes past appointment time without anyone checking us in. Then the stylist asked if we were late, like we hadn’t been standing there the whole time. You need to hire a receptionist. One day when I was there a child (who was obviously too young to be working) was working reception and using the computer.

My only feedback is the balloons are enough having the toys just means I'm getting my kid a good haircut with no fits and then having a fit if I say no to a toy because he's a kid... He wants the toys when he sees them we are just there to get a haircut so if they could be behind the counter avalible up on request that would be so great for parents not looking for a no toy fit 😂

5/5 Stars Brought my son in for a quick trim with Alexandra, and she did an amazing job! She was very professional yet friendly, which made my son feel comfortable right away. The haircut was just what we wanted. The whole experience was quick, easy, and pleasant. Highly recommend Alexandra for anyone looking for a great kids’ haircut!

I saw Jillian today which is was super sweet and nice but unfortunately the haircut didn’t turn out well at all. I asked for this: “ 1 on side high fade and then we leave the front a little longer to curl up. But we want a 2/3 on top based off of scissors and the blending” there was no scissors used. It looks like a buzz cut and not blended at all. I have more photos to provide but this survey doesn’t allow only but one. We go there all the time and see Chelsea and Keshia and never had this issue. It’s so bad I have to have him wear a hat for a few days. I leave an hour and 45 minutes away so it’s a long drive but I do it because I love the salon. Just wanted to give you my feedback.
