$22 for three snips of hair was outrageous. In the event that a child will not permit a full cut, there should be a reduced fee. Was not satisfied by the lack of guidance/feedback for the style I wanted. She took a few snips in front off

We do offer free touch ups and re-do's for 10 days after any service. Just call the salon and arrange for a follow up. We would like to make things right.

I have always had a pleasant experience here or the past few years. The stylist that cut my son’s hair today was very cranky. Stated she had had a bad day and was very annoyed when I asked her to use scissors vs an electric trimmer.

The place is cute. Decorations, tv and slide. Its just dirty. I understand there will be hair on the floor, but its too much. After using the slide area, my kids were covered in hair... gross. Also, the smell of cigarettes in the air. I’m guessing the girls smoke. This day, smoking should not be allowed in the workplace. Esp with children.
