The stylist cut my daughter's hair lopsided. I had to ask her to look at her again to make sure it was straight. She fixed it, but I think her schedule and tardiness made her overlook and rush the haircut. I understand that she needs to pick up her daughter from daycare, but it was unprofessional and caused her to mess up her haircut.

Was not happy with the fact that I booked an appointment with a hairstylist and I did not follow through and I got some random person that did not get the job on my sons hair.

Felt very forced when interacting with my child. Didn’t try to explain what was happening just jumped right into the cut. For a place that handles children just think the hairstylist could have a little more understanding when it comes to a nervous child. The hairstylist also looked as if she rolled out of bed including wearing slippers. I’m all for casual but it was more on the lazy side.

Love the idea of a kids salon but it didn't really wow me much. Tvs and cool chairs are nice for the kids.

The woman who cut my sons hair cut him 4 times with the clippers. The receptionist at the front desk is rude
