We booked in the app and requested Stephanie. However when we came on time, another stylist took us and put us in a awkward position of having to request Stephanie while she was still with another customer. We ended up not getting Stephanie. The woman we got was slow and did not make my son feel at ease. She spoke one sentence to him and did not honor my wife's request to cut his bangs shorter. Our previous visits were great but there seems to be turnover in December 2018. Very disappointed that our old stylist Jasmine left. Not sure if we will give this place another chance.

My experience started off when I made an appointment for 11 AM to 12 PM. I showed up at 10:40 AM. One of the stylists greeted me clean up a chair that my son wanted to sit in and prepped the station for the other stylist. The other stylist that was assigned to my son started arguing with the other lady about putting people in a different station other than the one she was in. The lady that cleaned up the initial station said fine I won’t clean your station anymore, I was just helping you out. I won’t help you out anymore. They continue to argue a little more and then after 20 minutes later the lady finally came over and greeted us. After the haircut was over we smelled onions and the lady cutting my sons hair made a comment about how it smells. Then the lady came out from a break area and said it was her food. The the lady leaves my son and confronts her again about how she doesn’t want the lady touching her stuff in her station or moving her into a different station. Ever time I come in with my 1 1/2 year old son and 3 ya old daughter, I have chosen where to sit and that’s that. I feel like I was caught in the midddle of the argument and because I was in a different station I had to wait 20 minutes before we got any attention. There was nobody else in the building when my son was seated. Pretty unprofessional and unimpressed by the lack of attention needed to make this a decent experience. I’m really disappointed, no I’m absolutely disappointed! I don’t think I’ll go back. Seriously! It was awkward and I felt like I’m the one that had to “ build a bridge and get over it”

This was the worst haircut my son has ever received. The stylist was rude, impatient with small children and the haircut looks awful. It took her less than 7 minutes wherein I counted her tell my 2.5 year old no less than 5 times to not move and not use the buttons on the car or play with the steering wheel until she was done. Seriously? Don’t work at a children’s salon if you don’t know how to work around small moving children. And if you can’t cut hair while my child is playing in the chair that your salon provides, that’s your problem. She didn’t check her work or ask if we were happy with the service. The cut is very uneven. After she was done, she went to the front desk to gossip and complain about a variety of things with another coworker - totally unprofessional. We always take our kids to Sharkeys cuts but opted to try this place as it’s close. We won’t be back.

I dont know what they mean by will do whatever it take but I have to pin my kid down he was screaming and all they did was going over his head a few time and now his hair is all mess up. We weren't greet nicely either.

I’ve been coming here for the last year for my son and have had such a wonderful experience. Jasmine and Melissa are so wonderful and patient with my crazy toddler. Today we had Lisa cut his hair and I just about cried at the salon. She butchered my child’s hair, he looked ridiculous. When I asked her to fix it she told me he needed hair product. He’s 2 years old, I shouldn’t have to put product in his hair for him to look like he has a decent haircut. I never had to before. When I started to get even more upset, I asked Jasmine to fix it up since she didn’t have a client at the moment. She was caring, compassionate and fixed Myles’ hair to make him look like an adorable toddler again. I will never go back if Lisa is there. Not only did she butcher my child’s haircut, she was rude and unwilling to work with me to fix the situation. People like her should especially not be working with children.
