The stylist was kind and did a great job listening to my daughter and cutting her hair. The environment is very kid friendly with lots of extras. My daughter felt welcomed and my other child had plenty to do while waiting. The only complaint I have is that there was hair all over, like the seats are not cleaned off after each use. when we left the child who did not get her hair cut had hair clips all over her hands. I made sure to wipe them off well and sanitize them when we got to the car.

I was a little disappointed with the wait time. I had an appointment at 5, and they took a walk in very close to my appointment time, so I had to wait a half hour before my son's hair was cut. The sign on the door says appointments get priority over walk-ins, not today. I recommend making an appointment first thing after they open. Not enough stylists employed to take multiple clients.

Good experience with my stylist, she did an excellent job. I like how it's a fun experience for the kids. I did notice a lot of hair on the floor in the play area and also on the couches, understandable given it's a child's hair cut place, but maybe another wipe down of the couch is a good idea so parents don't have to worry about getting tons of hair on them (it's a little itchy) :) overall, fun little place.

Haircut itself was great-the stylist had patience when our boy moved our head and didn't get flustered. Stylist was very good with our boy as well, and nice to our older boy who was not getting his haircut. I also like the distractions they have for kids including the car seats, tvs, and books. Only thing was we had an appointment but still had to wait 15 minutes. $20 for a little kid haircut isn't horrible but definitely makes us think whether to go back or go to a cheaper place. Especially for 2 and 4 year old boys!

Place was very clean and nice. The staff seemed a little disorganized when it came to working the computer system and dealt with it while customers waited. Not sure if it’s something that could have been dealt with later. I would recommend buying one more pink car as there is only one car there that looks like a car a girl would gravitate towards. Other than that it was great and we will return.
