Always a nice environment for a scared kid getting a haircut. My 2 year old still isn’t super comfortable with haircuts, so the toys, playground, seats, treats, cartoons, and general calming demeanor of the employees all help to get him more and more comfortable each time we go. They also roll with the punches really well; I always feel bad that I don’t know jack about hair when they ask what we want, but they’re way cool about it and it always turns out just fine. They’re usually pretty fast, which doesn’t hurt! This isn’t location-specific, but the app is simple and easy to use. Never had any problems.

I have a crying toddler when it comes to haircuts, its so not his favorite thing. We tried Anna today and actually got to sit in the lobby while he got his haircut cry free. She not only gave him the same haircut as shown in the picture I brought but talked to him the whole time and made him feel comfortable. Thank you!
