Paid for a babys first hair cut package and received a lock of hair but no photo. Experience felt like she was treated as if this was her 50th hair cut and not her first. Won't be back again. If anyone asks, will tell them to avoid due to my experience.

Honestly couldn't be anymore disappointed in my experience today. My 6 year old was so excited and it was not at all a fun experience. We were 5 minutes late due to traffic in Spanish Fork (5:00 rush hour) I apologized when I walked in and the worker told me that we were unable to do the shampoo service. Thats what my daughter was most excited for. While I understand being late is an issue but I do feel like you should give customers a little grace, especially since there was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS and there was another worker just setting there. My daughter slept in braids the night before, so her hair was waivy and she has very thick hair, but the stylist didnt care about any of that and gave her a dry cut thats super uneven. This was not the friendly kid environment that I thought it would be. I will not be returning.

Mariah was super friendly and quick! She did a great job cutting my babies hair! This was his first haircut and I wasn’t sure how to work with his cowlick so we talked about what I could do and it turned out great! She did a great job listening to how I style his hair and cutting it to how I style it.

We’ve been to cookie cutters a few times now and they usually do a great job- but this time I am so so sad about how my son’s hair turned out. I know he is a toddler and he was pretty sad during it- but the girl who cut it did it in 3 minutes and seemed like she was just rushing and not being careful at all. It is the worst haircuts I’ve ever seen on anyone. There is a huge section right in the middle of his head that is cut so much shorter than anything around it, and the hair on his forehead is diagonal and choppy. I can’t believe I paid $25 for what we got :( I know my son was being tricky, but even when he’s been sad in other appointments the girls who helped us were super careful and did their best. The whole experience felt rushed and the girl cutting his hair seemed annoyed. I’m not sure we will be coming back anytime soon.

The staff is so friendly, and they always do a good job on my son's haircut. My son loves the car chairs, being able to watch a show, getting a balloon and sucker afterwards, and playing on the little slide. I do feel like the price is a little high for a short 10-minute hair cut but when I can use a coupon that definitely helps!
