I’m not too satisfied with my experience with getting my son’s first haircut here. Well the hair stylist that was cutting my son’s hair wasn’t really interacting with him and I felt very rushed by her. It seem like she was chopping random pieces of his hair with no care really. When she finished his hair, it looked NOTHING like what I asked for. It was a lot shorter than I asked for. At first I thought it was just because he needs to get washed up a bit but no. I washed his hair right after we came back and it looked even worse, his hair looks very choppy and it is uneven. I took time out and plan on coming to cookie cutters thinking that it was going to be better and more fun for my son because I thought they knew what they were doing and they are experienced with babies and children but no it wasn’t. This is suppose to be a children’s hair salon, shouldn’t the hair stylist be prepared for babies when they cry and all. At least try to distract them with something else like maybe a ballon or something?? I did not feel like I got my money worth in this haircut and I even still tipped her when I don’t know if I should have. I’m not quite sure if I’m going to be planning on coming here again for my son or even recommend it. I’m just very disappointed and upset with you guys.
