I had scheduled an appointment but still had to wait for a walk-in to finish. It took 15 minutes. They shouldn’t have done the walk-in cut before a scheduled appointment if they didn’t have time to finish. I was a bit annoyed. Good haircut though. Staff was friendly and inviting.

The environment and people were wonderful. However, as I often find with kids' haircuts, the actual cut was not great. Both of my boys had crooked cuts on the back of their necks, one side burn trimmed, one not, etc. I did request she touch up a missed spot on the top and she obliged.

You should wipe down the stations before a new customer sits there. I noticed a few seats still have hair on there. Otherwise, customer service is great and attentive.

This being our third visit and still having a kid that cries most of the appointment, I can honestly say this is still the best experience for this service! Everyone is so friendly and nice and is very encouraging while we try to get my son’s hair cut. Julie our stylist was awesome and so patient and gave great tips and encouragement. She even came over and played with my son after and he quickly bonded with her. As a parent I can trust the service that I am receiving and both owners, Patty and Rebecca are super helpful during the entire process. Thanks again Cookie Cutters, we will be back for sure!!!
