Wonderful experience! Rebecca, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful! She helped entertain my kids while I was attending to the one getting their haircut. The hairstylist was great with my kids, especially my wiggly little boy. She listened to my input and their hair turned out perfect! I would definitely recommend Cookie Cutters in Perry Hall.
