I was told that the hair cut I want fr my son wouldn't be "cute" so she decided to cut it how she wanted it to be. Wtf

We've been in to this location many times with all three children. The staff is great. They're friendly, fast and we're usually very pleased with the experience. This particular haircut, however, was a new stylist who I feel maybe was slightly inexperienced with very young children. My son is one. He sat very well for a kid his age. I feel the cut could have been better. This is why I marked down a little on value for the money. Overall, we love this salon.

The stylists always treat our son with so much love and care! What used to be a horrific experience for him is now something he looks forward to. Thank you for doing such a great job!

We have enjoyed bringing our son here for haircuts they do a great job and he does well. My only complaint is about the extra hair lying around. I understand they are busy and do lots of haircuts, but those fun cars have lots of places to collect random bits of hair.

My son is 2.5 years old and I have been taking him to cookie cutters since he first started needing haircuts. He has never had a bad haircut from them. The environment is set up solely for a kid and even though he still got scared he had enough distractions with the cars and the tv that his hair wasn't compromised. The hair stylists are very quick and efficient and great with kids. And the bonus is they get a ballon and sucker after their cut. Now at 2.5 my son is excited for his haircut- no resistance at all. They offer discounts, but it's totally worth the price without it.
