This was our first visit. The stylist was not able to provide any suggestion. We went by the expectation of getting some suggestions. Will never go there again. Not worth of money

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the entire service at our salon. I reviewed the situation with our staff and believe it may have come down to a language issue as they stated it was difficult to understand your English, but they performed the service to your satisfaction based on the comments you provided to the stylist and the generous tip you left. The stylist and staff never heard you request for suggestions for anything other than the haircut performed and we asked several questions during the cutting process to ensure you were satisfied. I am sorry if you did not receive any suggestions for haircutting outside the service, but we always do when asked by our clients and/or when we notice dry or oily hair or other ways, we can improve the haircare of a child. We are sorry to hear you will not be visiting us again, but we at Cookie Cutters provide a great service to each client that visits us and at a reasonable price.

Paying another $9 to have a terrible haircut fixed is absurd. We won’t be returning.

We strive to provide great service to all our customers each and every haircut and want all of our clients to look and feel good when they leave our salon. I want to apologize that you did not receive this during your recent visit. We offer a 7-day guarantee on our haircuts and you did not contact us until after that timeframe to get it fixed. We ended up charging you a smaller price as we did more than fix the haircut to make it all look good. and you did not visit or contact us within the 7-day policy by almost a week. I want to thank you for selecting Cookie Cutters and based on your response to the stylist that cut your son's hair the last time, you were very pleased. Sorry if you will not be retuning again, but our 7-day policy is very fair and if you would have contacted us during that time we would have made arrangements if needed with you.

Booked an appointment. Arrived on time. After coming in to desk to being talked to rudely by front desk worker, Brianna, we waited while she allowed 4 kids to go in front of my one-who was there first, on time with an appointment. And they showed up after us. A 15 minute haircut experience turned into an hour and 15 minutes—and once my child finally got in the chair, she did his line up at the very end when she needed him to sit still. Of course, he was just done sitting after over an hour let alone holding still...and we had to fix it once we got home. So disappointing. Won’t be back.

I am sorry to hear that your service was not satisfactory. We had a stylist leave due to a family emergency and had to shift a few appointments around to try and accommodate everyone. The family you mention had appointments (6 total) scheduled before yours and were one of the families impacted by the stylist’s emergency. Our waiting area is closed due to state mandates and asking you to wait in your car or outside so we can abide by the state requirements is what we must do to ensure we comply with the requirements. Sorry if that came off rude, but our stylists are just trying to ensure every family is seen in a timely manner while keeping the salon moving. We offer a 7-day guarantee on our haircuts and would be happy to correct it with another stylist if you would have given us a chance. Sorry for the extended wait and wish you would reconsider our salon again in the future.

Kept us waiting 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. Haircut is not good. Stylist did not deliver what was asked for and hair is jagged and crooked on one side and from the front. Will not return.

My son got his 2nd haircut and it was a bad experience compared to the first. The first time Tasha was very welcoming tried to make my son feel comfortable and made the experience great for me as being a first time parent, since i was excited about my son getting his first haircut. The haircut turned out great I even asked her name for future reference. The second time, the lady was super uninterested and just seemed like she hated her job. She didn’t try to interact with my son and make his experience comfortable and she was being a bit rough. Tasha wasn’t available so we had to go with somebody else (I forgot her name) It all depends on who you get but the office was very clean.
