Lisa did a great job with my daughter’s hair. The salon was super busy. We made an appointment for 1pm and arrived around 1255. We were greeted and checked in immediately. We were told someone would be with us shortly. We waited approximately 45 mins before my daughter was seen. There were 2 stylists working hard but it was disappointing to have to wait so long even when we made an appointment. Lisa did apologize for our wait and I did appreciate that.

I am sorry for your extended wait yesterday. Lisa got a bit behind due to difficult haircuts with several of her earlier clients. We have discussed ways to minimize wait for our clients with Lisa and the rest of our staff as we know your time is valuable. We did have 3 stylists working but one was on her lunch break during your appointment. We thank you for choosing Cookie Cutters and apologize again for the wait.
