We love Cookie Cutters! My son sees Candace every time, and she always does an amazing job with his haircut. She’s friendly, easygoing and super professional, which makes the whole experience for us stress free. My son actually looks forward to getting his hair cut now.

There is never enough time. 15 minutes is NOT enough. Thr staff always does a fantastic job. Rushing and I don’t think they even have time to use the bathroom. 15 minutes time slots are not enough because everytime I go it’s 2 clients behind. It’s not thier fault though. I do think 20 minutes slots would be perfect. Not 15.

My son received his second haircut on Saturday November 8, 2025 @ 330pm. His dad took him to the appointment, where they showed up and still had to wait amid 15-20 mins to be seen, and I feel bad that I couldn’t be there because my baby was treated very poorly. Not only did his dad have to correct the behavior of the stylist for being too rough with him, but his hair turned out very uneven and patchy. And I hate to say this, but the woman who cut his hair clearly doesn’t care, nor have the best experience cutting hair of biracial children. Dad said he wanted about 1/4inch cut, not to completely chop it off. This made me so sad for my baby. Not only did she cake the product onto his hair, but she had to be corrected several times and seemingly ignored dad’s requests/concerns. I hate the fact that my baby was taken advantage of, we should have just stuck with the stylist who cut his hair the first time. Our first appointment was great, Candace did a phenomenal job. However, this experience disappointed me so much. Probably will not be going back.

Candace is absolutely wonderful! She makes her personality fit the child’s age. I saw her being silly and goofy with a toddler and the child ate it up. My teenager was next and she treated him based on his age. We have been going to her for about four years. She finishes her haircuts so fast and they always look perfect. She always has me check my children’s haircuts to make sure I like them and I appreciate that as well.

We hadn’t been to Cookie Cutters in a while since my son’s dad started cutting his hair, but my 7-year-old asked to go back for his school pictures — and I’m so glad we did! Brandy was great helping us book on short notice after a soccer game, and Erica did an awesome job. She was kind, listened to both of us, and made him feel special. He loved watching Home Alone, picking a balloon, and getting a lollipop. Such a fun and positive experience — we’ll definitely be back!
