My son Logan got his haircut today by stylist, Shalonda. It was her second time cutting his hair and I am so inLOVE! She did an incredible job! Not only with the cut but he has never behaved as well as he did with Shalonda! The first time AND again today!!! I very much notice her patience, friendliness and playfulness towards my son. She has a great attitude and is just a sweetheart. The first time she did his hair was our first time there. Then the second time I didn't select a stylist name with my online appointment because I either didn't think about it or just really could not remember her name at all! So I just hoped she was there or whoever was could just copy the same cut. But she was out that day! And thats okay :) But before todays appointment, when I made it online yesterday I guessed a name since I was not 100% positive if I was correct and then sent an email in right after asking and hoping that they had some record of who cut his hair that first time! Lucky for me they had it and I was right! They emailed me back right away!! I will definently continue to recommend Cookie Cutters to my friends, and especially Shalonda! Thank you for an overall wonderful experience! :)
