I thought I communicated what I wanted, including showing pictures, but I received a hair cut that was not at all what I was looking for. By the time I realized what happened, it was too late to change anything due to the length that had already been taken off. I didn't want to say anything in the moment because again there was nothing really to do to fix the problem issue. Everything else about the interaction was fine. I was just disappointed in not being able to receive that look that I thought I had communicated.

I was in yesterday with my son, Nolan. Nolan is 8 and on the spectrum and sometimes struggles with getting his haircut. I didn't even have a chance to explain that to Reagan as she seemed to just understand he needed her to tell him everything she was doing. I've never had him sit for a haircut as well as he did with her. He even told her things he would like done and she listened to him. I just cannot thank Reagan enough for the way she treated my son. He had such a great experience and we will absolutely be back. So thankful we happened upon this salon.
