Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The first time I ever went here I had the best experience but this last time was the worst hair appointment I’ve ever had. The hairdresser was not friendly at all and act more as though she was mad and didn’t want to be there. She was aggressive with shampooing not relaxing at all. She near ripped my ears off every time she brushed my hair during the blow drying process. I’ve never had a hairstylist that I thought was going to burn me with the curing iron but I was genuinely consider with her. The haircut was not what I wanted but hair will grow back. I’m not sure if she just had a bad day, but it was the worse salon experience I’ve ever had.

I booked my pedicure for 12:15 for Saturday. I sat until 1:00 p.m. I asked the receptionist was I forgot about. She was nice enough to go back and said she was finishing up. 1:15 comes and was finally taken back. I don't know what happened but I normally don't complain but this is unacceptable. Things happen but let your customer know. I had an appointment at 2:15 and I had to cancel it because they close at 3:00. I have to laugh because you're worried about your terms and conditions of being late. This was definitely a customer's terms and conditions.

Love getting my hair done here so when in this past Wed I decided to treat myself to getting nails done for upcoming trip. HUGE mistake! I got an express pedi and gel mani took from 12:30-2:28 before finally done and it looks awful. Not only did tec cut toe nails at angle, she cut my skin. Paint is unevenly coated and doesn't cover all of nails. Its so embarrassing and im disappointed. I'll never get my nails done there again and will continue doing them myself from now on. Gel coat is unevenly coated, doesn't cover all of my nails, and thumb nail polish totally came off Wed evening.

Very unhappy with the stylist. If you are not able to do something, it needs to be shared that it’s not a suitable style for the client or you aren’t able to do it. We gave her a second chance with the same result. This time it was also $8 more and no styling either. Would NOT recommend. Our son goes to a male stylist there and we have never had these issues.

I chuckled my appointment was at 530. They didn't get me until 550. My last appointment I was late 15 min due to an accident and they cancelled me. What gives!
