We had an appointment at 10am. Online is says to arrive a few minutes early. We opened the door and were told by Jessica to wait outside. I closed the door and my kids were telling me they were cold so I opened the door again and gestured if we could sit in the waiting area. We were told to go sit outside. I chose not to because it was 3 minutes to our appointment, the door was OPEN, and my 2 kids were cold. Jessica had an awful attitude the rest of the visit. I wish we had left because right away I could tell we were not going to get quality service from her attitude. My son went first and my husband did an amazing job trying to calm him down. This was his first hair cut and he was scared. Jessica gave us attitude to keep him looking straight as if we weren’t trying to do that. He cried the whole time and it was a horrible experience. I should have left after that but my daughter was excited to sit in the race car. Jessica cut her bangs so uneven it looked like I did it at home. Jessica had undone my daughter pigtails to to the bangs and started taking the apron off like the appointment was over. I asked if I could put her hair back up because it wasn’t even brushed. Jessica looked at her other employee in the store like she wanted to say something. But then huffed and grabbed an elastic band and put her previously up and cute hair into a low ponytail. My daughter left this appointment looking worse than when she came in. We went to pay and were shocked at the outrageous price. Never coming back here. I will not be recommending this place either. I will not be submitting a picture of my children because they are minors.

Almost in tears as my son just had the worst first haircut experience ever. I was so looking forward to this and could not be more disappointed. I am not sure why Ms. Zarina works at kids haircut place? She did absolutely nothing to engage my son for his haircut. He was not happy about the haircut but she never did anything to make it any better. She seemed annoyed the entire time. Honestly I don’t think she said 2 words to my son during the whole cut. Was my child the first kid that didn’t like having his haircut? I came here because I thought they would be friendly and used to working with kids. Definitely not the case and would not recommend anyone to waste their money here. I had to walk away because I was so upset with how she was acting towards my son and my husband could tell so he stayed with him while I went in the lobby.

We scheduled our sons first haircut here and had a horrific experience. First, we made it to our appointment on time. We’re people of color. Another family came in a few minutes behind us; also people of color. The receptionist got our families confused, even though we weren’t the same ethnicity, and gave our sons spot away. Once we realized what happened we told them they made a mistake. No one apologized for the incident and it took us 30 minutes to get assigned a barber. When we finally were on our way to the chair, the barber audibly sighed at the site of our child’s hair and told us that we should come back on a day that was less busy. Her reason: our sons hair was too “tight and kinky” and would take a long time to cut. This entire experience was deeply hurtful and offensive; not at all what we were expecting for our kiddos first haircut. As people of color, we will NEVER take our child here again and encourage others to do likewise.

This woman was awful. She left hair longer on one side than the other. Then when her coney island food showed up she was so worried about eating she handed me a lint brush to get the hair off of my son. I have never ever seen that much hair matted to my child all over his legs and body. After I used lint brush to clean my son she was in back eating. Didn't give him a balloon like my other son received, no sucker no coupons nothing. She was awful and I will never be back. I can not believe how rude she was.

Haircut did not go as shown,stylist used bugger size to cut side hairs & when asked to reduce size,started saying this is like doing 2 haircuts

Carol gave me attitude because we were there 5 minutes early saying “youre early but i guess ill take you now” and kept saying “jesus christ” everytime my son would move and continued to shave his neck when i told her not to resulting in cutting my son who now has a large bloody gash in his neck
