I was pleased with first hair color service provided, stylist took about 2.5 hrs to achieve desired hair color. My second experience was very different, I sent the above attached picture to stylist, a darker color ash/blonde brown was applied to roots only processed for 25 minutes then taken to shampoo bowl where color was distributed thru hair shaft which toned down my hair, when I left the salon I did not see any of the golden/caramel highlights I ask for, so I sent message to stylist requesting the highlights be added, when she responded I was told I would have to pay again, which I refuse to pay for the same service twice. The cost of the hour and a half service was over 200$ including tip, I just do not feel the stylist attempted to achieve the desired hair color. After speaking with the owner of the salon and asking for a refund, I realized the service provided at Elements Salon Fort Smith is not about the client.

I love Marcie!! I miss ya girl. Your salon is beautiful. I asked about your make up line the hair stylist didn’t know you had one. She said she was not familiar with the colors she was using on my hair that she uses different kind at her salon. So the color came out gray I guess because I couldn’t see it yet. But heard one stylist look and said ohh. And I was nervous she then put bleach in my hair because she cleared her throat and said eww the bleach . When she put me back at the mirror it looks exactly the same before she foiled it and I waited for some time to rinse. She spoke with Marcie on the phone and Marcie told her how to fix it . Once she blowed dried it it looked a lot better and the cut was great. The color will be fine. Thank you

I thought everyone was very friendly and professional. I received a nice cut, but it wasn't what I wanted. I think the stylist was afraid to go too choppy, but I wanted length with a lot of choppy layers and shorter bangs. My hair looked nice, but it wasn't the cut I wanted. HOWEVER, I want to state that the stylist was a lovely young woman who did a beautiful job. If it had been the cut I wanted, it was beautiful. And she gave a SUPERB blowout.
