I was very nervous about my visit. From the time I stepped inside their doors I was treated like I was the only person there. The two ladies that helped me were very knowledgeable about my hair problem and gave me several solutions to choose from. I was involved in every decision that was made. It was a great experience

Kennedy at Fort Smith Salon elements has been doing my hair for some time and I have never been disappointed! She listens to what my concerns are, makes appropriate recommendations, and is always pleasant to converse with! The other staff members of the salon are always kind and courteous.
