The staff did amazing for my ASD kiddo and my defiant 4 yr old. They did really well communicating and adding notes about cuts and interactions with my kiddos. Thanks for going the extra mile!!

The hairstylist cut my daughters hair completely different from the picture I showed her, and about two inches shorter. I refuse to come back and have her butcher it further so now I have to pay again to have someone else fix it. I’m extremely disappointed. The stylist seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and insisted it looked great so I didn’t feel like I could disagree. We won’t be returning.
