I got a gel manicure done. The student doing my nails was friendly but was very timid and hesitant during the process. I have also had chipping and the whole paint on a nail peel off less than 24 hours after the service. I am not overly upset because I understand they are learning and it was not an expensive service, just unlikely to return again.

Stylist was a bit on the shy side to begin. I tried to get her to open up and by golly she did! By just talking to her i got her to lower her walls & she became more confident and ended up doing an excellent job. I hope you show her this message, it will definitely boost her confidence. Hailey was absolutely wonderful. She was sweet, attentive and had great attention to detail.I am very happy with my haircut and definitely plan to see her again and even bring my son for a cut!

I love coming here! I always have the best experience. The students are great and so are the instructors. It's a wonderful dynamic. My questions are always answered with care. I LOVE my hair! The cut and color are perfect. My hair feels so much healthier already! Avery did a great job! All of the students interact professionally and are very welcoming (even if you aren't their client). You all are doing a fabulous job. It feels so nice to be a part of the students education, and I recommend you all to everyone.

I had two separate services. 1. Perm. Averie was amazing. However she’d never given. Perm before and if paid for a jr/sr to do my spiral perm. She had very little guidance and it took ( through no fault of Averie) 6 hours. My perm came out great as I’ve had spiral perms before and answered her questions throughout the process. Instructors need to be mindful of when assigning the appointments and provide guidance to the inexperienced students on an ongoing basis if they do assign them to a new assignment. The instructor made a comment to Averie about it taking all day and audibly complained to another instructor that she (Averie) still wasn’t done. Perhaps help her? Impressed with Averie, not impressed with the instructor. 2. Massage. Got to my appointment and was informed that they were still with the previous appointment and it would be a 30 minute wait. I saw the computer and saw that despite me making the appointment and paying for it several days earlier, that they’d double booked from 12:30 (my appointment time) until 1 ( when my appointment actually started. My massage therapist was excellent. Again, impressed with the person assigned to me, disappointed with the beauty college not valuing my time. Desk personnel was very friendly.

This was my first visit to the Beauty College and had a facial. The service provided was completed in a calming, knowledgeable way. I look forward to scheduling other services with them.
