Jasmine was amazing. My son is 2 1/2 and hates having his hair cut or head touched. She screamed the whole time. She was patient and got the job done fast. We will be back!

Maria is a doll and does an amazing cut for my squirmy son. We always have a great experience with Maria. The second part of this review is directly related to the store management and owners and no way reflects my opinion of the employees. Finding out that valid coupons can no longer be accepted on Saturdays is really a bad business practice especially that this was a recent decision and the coupon did not indicate such a message. So for working parents who can only make appointments on the weekend, please be aware of this new policy and know that it is their choice to take advantage of you specifically. While I understand costs are up for everyone as a result of this terrible economy, arbitrarily creating a policy that negatively affects working families is an unfortunate business model and not a place where I want to spend my money. Add this franchisee to the list of greedy businesses that are only in business to take advantage of their customers. Must be a burden to be rich these days. I feel bad for the employees; I'm sure they're treated unfairly as well.

Very pleasant and works extremely well with children that might be a little nervous. Clean, kid friendly, welcoming environment.

The only feedback I have is that there is often a lot of leftover hair on the seats when our child arrives. I suggest having a bit more sanitation in between clients (cleaning hair, wiping/sanitizing seats, etc.) overall we love the experience so this would make the environment 10/10.

My wife and I came in last Saturday and were really excited to get our three year old son's hair cut. We wanted to go somewhere that specifically worked with kids since he hasn't had his hair cut very often and it can be a scary experience. We were attended by Jasmin and her communication and customer service was unbelievably bad. She was not friendly to us or our son. She didn't introduce herself. She didn't set him up in any way to make him comfortable. We asked about the TV as a distraction and she did not provide any guidance. When asked how we would like his hair cut my wife showed her a picture of the most standard boys haircut (short with a side part). She then proceeded to cut his hair without giving him any warning or walking him through the process. He immediately began to cry as my wife struggled to try and put a video on her phone as well as watch his hair cut. She went on to try an cut his hair completely different than the picture my wife showed her. At one point she sprayed water on my son's head and nailed my wife in the face. When my wife told her that the line she drew for his part was not straight, she did not understand us and ultimately handed my wife the comb to draw the part line. Ultimately the employee Maria C. had to intervene and help blending the hair as it looked like a 90's bowl cut. Jasmin was so rude and so defensive. At one point when we asked her to please look at the picture she said that every child is different and every head is different. We were asking for the most basic haircut.... It was a horrible experience and due to Jasmin we will never be returning and will not recommend this place to anyone. If I was the owner I would terminate her employment immediately as she is doing way more damage than good to your company's business and reputation. You can ask Maria C. as she painfully witnessed the entire experience having to step in multiple times.
