Horrible experience! Felt like Jazmin does not have the personality to work with kids. This appointment was so different like the one I had with Jodi the last time.

Did not like the fact that it's a kid salon and as soon as I walked in the door it smell as if someone was smoking my kids even complained about the smell.

Thank you for your feedback. I strictly prohibit smoking or the smell of smoking in or around the salon. I will address this seriously with the stylist and ensure that it never happens again. I apologize for this issue.

No COVID protocols. Unsafe. Unprofessional. Very disappointed I’m a client since my 4yo first cut at 10 months. They did what they want with my baby’s hair without asking. I’ll definitely never get back
