The hair stylist wasn’t very nice and cut the hair way to low. Lower than we asked. Not very pleasant to be around as she wa snot very caring and gentle as others we had before.

I made a reservation online and received a confirmation via text the day before. When I arrived to the salon, they did not have record of my appointment. Also, while my daughter was having her hair cut, a Hispanic father and son rode their bikes to the salon. Before they entered the receptionist asked the stylist if she wanted to take them. The stylist said only if they could communicate. When the father and son entered the salon, the stylist talked at first as they couldn’t speak English and not to them, but to the receptionist. The situation was slightly insensitive to the customers and they were treated differently than I was because English wasn’t their first language.

My 4 year old sons hair is challenging to cut because it’s light colored and very thin so it shows everything when trying to fade it. Kristen gave him the BEST haircut we have had!!

I wish I could remember her name but the lady who cut her hair is very nice. We have been here 3 times and it's always been the same lady who cuts her hair and every single time she does a great job with my daughters hair. And she is so patient with my daughter as well. Very nice very sweet lady.
