They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows and games. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with Lollipops and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience. Children can play on our playland before and after thier cut to make thier experience even more fantastic!

The salon is clean and very kid friendly. The prices are a little high for a kids cut but they do a great job.

I would suggest kids books, train track set or additional toys in the waiting room. Also, overhead music playing would be a nice touch. The video games a great for older kids.

We’ve been here a number of times...today was our first less than great experience. We had an appt, but due to the number of walk ins vs stylists, there was a wait. The stylist we had was inexperienced and the haircut received wasn’t great (ie I’ll be touching it up myself). Will go back, but will specify stylist in future.

Unfortunately your customer service was unprofessional. Wait time 20 minutes. Could not schedule on line. If it were not for the stylist I would never set place in your West Chester office again. Emily is wonderful and hard working. Pretty much the only hard working employee there. Value her, reward her she is a gem. You are lucky to have her . Excellent with kids and a very good stylist.
