We had to wait 35 min and no one let us know they were running late or seemed to care at all about how difficult is to keep small children occupied for that long. Zero stars, rude and unprofessional. We will never come back.

My 3 year old got cut behind his ear, personal cutting his hair was talking with him so rudely when he was moving his head. She was instructing him to sit steal and with any movement she was giving rude reaction. Patience and friendliness was missing completely even though you are in business where your customers are tiny humans

We used to love cookie cutters, after today we are not coming back!! Such a disaster in my little one’s hair. So disappointing and unprofessional.

Good morning. I am sorry that your experience with us yesterday was not to your satisfaction. I understand that you are new customer to our location have historically gone to the Raleigh or Cary location and unfortunately had a bad haircut there yesterday and then came to us to try and have it repaired. I have reviewed the haircut on our video and my stylist did a good job with your son even though he was not receptive to getting his haircut. The repair that she did was all that could be done based on what she had to start with. I am confused as to whether your issue is with the initial haircut at the other location, the attempted repair at our salon or with both. Please clarify if possible. If the issue is with the other location, please move your review to that site and delete or revise this review. If your issue is with both locations, then you have my apologies for your son's bad haircut and our inability to fix it to your satisfaction. Hopefully you will give us a chance to start with a fresh haircut that does not need to be repaired. Thank you for your feedback and time.

Not a welcoming place for adults, let alone children. We were clearly an inconvenience to everyone we interacted with from the moment we walked in. In addition to the poor customer service, the haircut is pretty bad too.

Just wanted to share that my son's first haircut was at Cookie and Cutters and we always had a great time there. However, this past Wednesday, June 5th, we had a really disappointing experience. The person who helped us had a negative attitude, and my son's haircut turned out really bad.

Usually we have a great experience but today that was not the case. Our stylist didn't seem to be cut out to work with kids. She was short with me and my husband, and pushy with my son. She snapped at him, asking what he had to cry about when the razor trimmer startled him, and she clipped his ear, making him bleed. We've come several times before and everyone has always been great. Usually our stylists are patient and sweet with all the kids, helping them to not to be afraid of the process. Hopefully next time will be better; we most certainly won't use today's stylist ever again.
