I have been taking my son for about a year now. And today was by far the worst experience l. His appointment was at 12:45 didn't get sat til pass 1:05pm. Apparently our time frame was over booked. 2. When I asked why I had gotten skipped if we had arrived on time and the girl at the desk said she's running behind. But when one arrives a few minutes late the workers give attitude. 3. The girl at the desk was on her personal phone scrolling attached is a picture. When it was time to check out I paid with the gift card full price without them even offering a discount for their time delay. Also I wasn't given the option to tip as the girl at the desk was busy trying to book an appointment so was not able to tip for the amazing service we got from Mrs. Phoung. Overall the service Mrs. Phoung provided was amazing like always. But the girl at the desk needs extra training and the system to make appointments needs to get fixed because that booking mistake definitely caused other appointments to be late.

Rude and unprofessional, made it seem as if I didn’t know what I was talking about or what I wanted for my son. There are many great barbers in cookie cutters, but this lady is not one of them. Clearly from the ghetto and acts ghetto in a professional service environment. Now my son is walking around with a haircut as if he is going to star in the next cholo movie with Danny Trejo.

She was not friendly with my child and he was very nervous she knicked the back of his ear and he is only 2 years old. It was not a quality cut she rushed and didn’t take her time. The cut is not even.

Note that policy has changed (without telling anyone) and they will no longer look your account up by your number. We renewed our pass months ago and they told us we didn’t need the card so they never gave us one. We went today and told us the policy has changed and will no longer look accounts up by phone number so we are out all the prepaid passes we paid for. Highly recommend to go somewhere else! The lady was incredibly rude and condescending! Danielle is amazing but we will take our business elsewhere!

Went REALLY high up on his hair and left a small patch of hair on top of his head. Super uneven and patchy.
