I was very pleased with the service my baby received foe his first haircut. He was not happy with the experience, but that's because he's a baby and didn't understand what was going on. Our stylist was patient and professional. I love the atmosphere, especially the batmobile booster seat. We will definitely go back.

My son cried too much, that’s something out of the profesional hands. But we hardly understand what she was saying due to her poor English or strong accent. My husband, my son and I ended it up full of hair all over. The profesional was very nervous so made us very uncomfortable and unsure of the visit. If we decided to go back would be with another person. My son ended up with a very poor hair cut. Mayte

The woman working Sunita not only took 3 personal calls on her cell phone and Apple Watch while cutting my sons hair, but she also did not listen to what I wanted his hair cut like. She chopped it up and messed up the back side of his head along with the side burns. She was not nice and it took her 30 + minutes to cut his hair. I had an appointment for my next son at 9:30 but she didn’t even finish with my first son until 950. My 2nd sons patience had run dry and was not going to sit there for another 30+ minutes to get his hair cut. Will not return especially if this woman is still there to cut hair.

My son is a very rambunctious 2 yr old. And he doesn’t sit still ever. I know this makes haircuts difficult for him. However, it seemed like the woman who cut his hair had little to no experience with cutting toddlers hair. She was very slow moving, which is a bad mix for a toddler. It took what seemed like 10-15 mins of him sitting in the chair before she even started. He was fighting the cape and neck tape and I had to repeat myself maybe 4 times to just leave it off. Right off the bat I just told her I wanted it cleaned up, longer on top, but the best she could do since I knew my son wouldn’t sit still. She started to cut it in his neck with a trimmer, and he kept moving so it is now insanely crooked, his hairline is very high and he has red spots on his neck. Overall, his haircut isn’t terrible, he looks pretty good considering the hassle. But i would hope in the future the stylists figure out what works for each individual kid. And speed it up!

The lady cutting hair on Friday April, 6,2018. Didn't cut my bf hair the right way. He ask for a high dry cut and it was uneven and everything. If she didn't know how to it then he wouldn't got a daddy haircut at all.
