I’ve been delighted with my cuts from Marielis but today she went way beyond to correct a horrible Bozo the Clown at home color I DIY’d. She was quite kind and made about a 98% improvement despite a color correction not being part of my scheduled appointment. I was smiling with relief when I left and have learned my lesson about esalon hair color! But I especially thank her for not laughing when I walked in!

The salon would have received a nine for all questions, but they no longer use hot towels, which made the experience that much more pleasurable
