Hi Gene: First of all, I wanted to thank you stepping in to fix my hair after a not so great experience at your salon. I came into your salon last Tuesday, and I have had a week now to work with my hair after your color, shampoo, cut and style. I absolutely love the cut. What a great job; just what I was looking for. The color is good too, but as a blond, my hair didn't start to get the orange tint until the 3rd or 4th week so I am keeping my fingers crossed. If not, we can make some adjustments next time. I was not crazy about the shampoo. Love your style of giving a good shampoo, but the product itself left my hair limp within an hour of leaving the salon. By evening, it became stringy as if it was dirty and needed to be shampooed again. I guess my fine hair is not made for an oil based shampoo. Looking forward to my next visit.
