It was one of the worse experiences ever! First thing, she said she will stop The job of my son started acting up after that we started the haircut, she went left and right, no professional technique which that made my son ever more upset. She was able to see how bad it was going and kept cutting. I understand that it can be difficult cut little ones Jaír but this person was just careless about her job. Didn’t apologize, she just “advice” to cut the areas that she missed. Like what!? Really!? Never going back.

I received several confirmation emails and texts saying that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 5 mins late. They want to constantly remind you of the consequences of what happens if YOU are 5 minutes late; HOWEVER, our hair dresser was 25 minutes late. It should be against policy to keep a toddler waiting that long. PLEASE LEAVE IF YOU ARE WAITING MORE THAN 5 MINUTES. This has happened to us several times now, enough times to never come back. Our 3 year old was so fed up after a long wait that they could not cut his hair properly. Looks ridiculous, cant believe we still had to pay.

Very unhappy with how my sons haircut turned out. I went in for the Baby’s First Haircut. I was expecting something nice. His hair is uneven, not the way we requested it at all. I didn’t even receive the “first haircut” certificate due issues with the tablet? I dunno. I am not happy with how it is at all. I expected amazing service based off Google reviews and I am disappointed. My husband is very unhappy I even left a tip. Definitely never returning.

I paid $30 for the first haircut package, did not get it because the printer was down. Still charged the $30. The haircut looks awful, is uneven. Not coming back.

I drove 30 minutes because Abbie has done such a great job in the past. I was told upon entering that I would need to wear a mask. I mentioned that I had recovered from covid less than 30 days ago. I would not have come if I had known. It was not required at any of our previous visits and I was not notified prior. I will not be returning as long as this is required. The requirement for 10 and up doesn't really make sense. It is an arbitrary number.
