Stylist Blanca did a great job for my 1 year olds first hair cut. He was a wiggle worm but she handled him so well and his hair looks great

First time here. We booked a kids haircut for $23… which I thought was expensive off the get go but they don’t go that often. However, when my husband brought me the bill they changed an extra $10 for feathering…. So $33 for a kids haircut plus tip… super insane and a but frustrating that we weren’t notified that the extra 1 minute feathering would be $10. She only asked us if we wanted a little boy haircut and we said yes. Definitely felt like that was not communicated properly. I don’t think we will be back.
