From the moment I sat in his chair, Michael made me feel completely at ease with his warm personality, clear communication, and genuine passion for his craft. Michael took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions based on my hair type and lifestyle, and delivered results that went above and beyond my expectations.
